Quick and Easy Vanilla Slice Recipe
Ingredients
1 packet lattice biscuits
600ml cream
1 packet vanilla instant pudding
Passionfruit Icing
1 cup icing sugar
1 passionfruit pulp
1 teaspoon butter, softened
Method
Place a layer of biscuits on the bottom of a baking dish. mix cream and pudding together until thick, pour onto biscuit base and top with another layer of lattice biscuits.
Mix all the ingredients together well for the icing.
Top with icing.
Enjoy! YUM!
